SILENTMASTER'S PROMISE 
SilentMaster warranties all its power units against electrical component failure for a period of three years. Any parts (excluding filters) required within the first three years will be furnished free of charge by the authorized dealer from whom the power unit was originally purchased.

In addition to the standard warranty an extended three-year warranty is available - for an overall coverage of six years- provided the motor brushes are inspected and replaced (if needed) at the end of the first three years. There is a nominal service charge for the warranty extension and an authorized SilentMaster dealer must perform the inspection.

SilentMaster also provides a Lifetime Warranty for those units serviced on the extended warranty plan by continuing to replace and/or repair all "replacement" parts at a cost never to exceed fifty percent of the retail price at the time the repair or replacement takes place. The Lifetime Warranty begins at the end of the warranty extension period and is in effect for the life of the unit. This warranty does not apply to commercial applications, misuse, abuse, or if the unit has been worked on by an unauthorized person.
